Un stil de viata sanatoasa

Ce inseamna sa ai o sanatate optima?
  1.  Nutritie  sanatoasa
  2. Echilibru dintre munca si viata personala
  3. Odihna adecvata
  4. Exercitii fizice regulate
  5. Atitudine pozitiva; bucurati-va de viata
  6. Nu fumati
Aplicarea acestor principii va aduce beneficii pe termen lung, deoarece sanatatea se intareste in timp.

Ce inseamna alimentatie sanatoasa?
  •   nu mancati mai multe calorii decat consumati in fiecare zi. Exercitiile regulate va ajuta sa atingeti acest obiectiv.
  • oferiti corpului nutrientii de care are nevoie
  • furnizati corpului elementele "favorabile"si protejati-l de cele "nefavorabile"
  • bucurati-va de mesele dumneavoastra zilnice
Diferite substante din hrana zilnica...
  • apa
  • carbohidrati
  • proteine
  • vitamine
  • fitonutrienti
  • acizi grasi saturati
  • fibre
  • antioxidanti
  • minerale
  • aizi grasi omega-3
Unele dintre substantele alimentare contin nutrienti esentiali.
Dieta noastra ar trebui sa furnizeze cantitati suficiente (mese zilnice): - vitamine

                                                                                                      - carbohidrati
                                                                                                      - grasimi
                                                                                                      - apa

sunt de doua feluri: - solubile in apa = hidrosolubile
                             - solubile in grasimi = liposolubile
Vitaminele solubile in grasimi sunt: - vitamina A
                                                    - vitamina D
                                                    - vitamina E
                                                    - vitamina K
Vitaminele solubile in apa sunt: - vitamina C
                                               - complex de vitamina B:
                                                            - tiamina (B1)
                                                            - riboflavina (B2)
                                                            - niacina (B3)
                                                            - acid folic (B4)
                                                            - acid pantotenic (B5)
                                                            - piridoxina (B6)
                                                            - biotina (B7)
                                                            - colina (B8)
